SWS e-Gift Cards are redeemable online and in-office, at our Fairhope, AL location.
Upon purchase of your e-Gift Card, an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you with the gift card code, balance, and redemption instructions. Please print and keep this e-mail in a secure location. Customer Support is unable to access information on lost or stolen gift cards, including redemption code or balance. If your smartphone has a virtual wallet, we encourage you to also add and store your e-gift card there as well.
Please note, this is a virtual gift card. If you would like a physical gift card that can be gift wrapped and mailed to you or another recipient, please contact our office at (251) 200-3848, and we will be delighted to help you with this.
Gift cards are not refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
